Festival Expenses

Hi all and great place! I have a problem with we are doing a decent festival in the Uk and have been asked for our expenses, I'm not sure what they should be. All i know is there are 3 of us plus 2 crew, one van, our kit and a 3 day festival. Any ideas what we should be charging? My band is on my page if you want to see what sort of festivals we're doing.

Hey Pete,

In answer to your question about the expenses.
It usually what it will cost for transportation to and fro AirFare, taxi, drive yourself what is the gas cost etc.
the hotel motel accomidations going to, during and or after
and finally food and drink Breakfasts, lunches and dinners. (this is the exception rather than the rule and it is an expense "keep it low priced, you know allyou can eat places" you will need this sometime or another going to, during and or after. Don't splurge here, they will see through it.
Consider all this with your proposal. Also check out www.taxi.com (a pro Q & A music company for free), search the site. If you don't find what you are looking for, email them, they are approachable and I've called them personnaly afew times. They answer the phone.
